LeBron James #23 of the Cleveland Cavaliers reacts in the first half against the Golden State Warriors during Game Four of the 2018 NBA Finals at Quicken Loans Arena on June 8, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio.

"LeBron has said time and time again that he wants to raise his family in Cleveland and retire a Cavalier (remember the Sports Illustrated letter), do not be surprised when he ends up owning this team".

The five-time All-Star has helped the Cavaliers reach four straight NBA Finals.

Walker was rumored to be a target of the Cavs prior to this year's trade deadline, but the Cavs eventually opted for the Lakers package of Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr., as well as the trades for Rodney Hood and George Hill.

Kevin Love has been mentioned in a lot of trade talks since he joined the Cleveland Cavaliers via a trade.

Miami Heat's LeBron James (C) tries to shoot over Boston Celtics' Shaquille O'Neal during the second quarter of NBA basketball action in Miami November 11, 2010. "[James going to LA] is the worst case scenario for LeBron, so many things have to come to fruition for that to even be a possibility, and Dan Gilbert would have to mess up so many things with the draft and beyond to push LeBron out", a source tells the outlet. He does not want James, 33, to make the same mistake.

"If you don't think LeBron's people and [Gilbert] have been talking you're wrong". "You've got to say, 'How does this pick make us better?'" The draft is on Thursday. ESPN is reporting that Cleveland is planning on keeping him around no matter what.

The Portland Trail Blazers are a huge question mark entering this upcoming season, as nobody knows their true intentions, whether they would like to break out their explosive backcourt or give it another shot at the Lillard-McCollum experiment. So it's safe to assume James will be fielding texts from other guys in the league way before the start of July.

"At some point as you keep adding older guys, you've got to get younger whether you have LeBron James or not".
