It was a though game for Brazil after opening draw against Switzerland.

Brazil finishes the group stage with Serbia, while Costa Rica waits on Switzerland.

Brazil are now on four points and top Group E, with Serbia (2nd) set to play Switzerland (3rd), while Costa Rica are the first CONCACAF nation to exit the World Cup.

The PSG star collapsed to the ground and burst into tears while the rest of his team-mates celebrated.

"It kind of pulled a muscle - it tore some fibres, I think", he said in a post-match press conference.

Barcelona's Coutinho, who scored with a brilliant strike in the opening game, failed to find his range and Chelsea's Willian, taken off at half-time, was terrible on the right.

VOLGOGRAD, Russia - Ahmed Musa gave Nigeria its first win at this year's World Cup.

Philippe Coutinho broke the deadlock before Neymar tapped home with virtually the last kick of the game.

It was Brazil's first World Cup victory courtesy of a goal scored in the 90th minute or beyond, and Neymar's goal - timed at 96:49 minutes - was the latest recorded stoppage-time goal in a World Cup match since 1966, according to the BBC. In danger of ending in a draw, Brazil seemed nervous but composed itself through the seven minutes of injury time.

Beside Uruguay, no other South American team had won a match until Brazil did so on Friday. "I was going to celebrate with them but I had to limp back!"

Neymar has been involved in 18 goals in his last 17 appearances for Brazil (10 goals, eight assists).

Costa Rica's hopes of repeating the heroics of their 2014 run to the quarter-finals are over following two defeats out of two.

The Costa Rica coach rejected the criticism that he had been too cautious with his tactics.

Nigeria, which has three points, will face Argentina in its final group match Tuesday in St. Petersburg.

Brazil's Neymar takes a tumble and is awarded a penalty, later reversed.

"It's possible I'm going to score another two goals", said Musa, 25, who scored Friday in the 49th minute on Victor Moses' cross and again in the 75th minute.

Although left back Marcelo had an average game in defense, his constant runs down the flanks ultimately helped when his risky cross led to the opening goal.
