Courtois' Agent Calls On Chelsea To Accept Real Madrid Offer

As according to reports from French source RMC, Chelsea and Real Madrid have finally agreed to a deal for shot-stopper and Russian Federation 2018 Golden Glove victor Thibaut Courtois, despite the Blues insistent on keeping the Belgian worldwide.

Chelsea want Courtois to sign a new long-term contract but the keeper says his mind is made up and he wants to move to Madrid to be with his children according to the report by UK Sun.

The Blues sold their star goalkeeper Petr Cech to London rivals Arsenal a few seasons ago to give Courtois a regular place in the starting line-up of Chelsea.

Refuting claims that money is the sole reason behind his move, Henrotay said, "We have seen suggestions that it is about money, and it is true he could get an increase with a move".

The Times are under the impression that a £65M offer is on the table from Los Blancos, and Willian may well have had his head turned.

Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on taking him to Manchester United, but the club are unwilling to spend a huge sum on an ageing winger and even Barcelona showed an interest before signing Malcom. "Or they would still have to sign a replacement next summer, but without getting a fee for Thibaut", he explained.

The club management of Chelsea will surely be disappointed with the attitude of Courtois. "I don't know in the future. Every club wants to keep their top players and we are trying to do it".

Chelsea are expected to play 4-3-3 under new boss Maurizio Sarri and so Eden Hazard and Charly Musonda would be the only remaining wingers, with the latter yet to break into the first team. It depends especially on him, I think.
