This year, Apple is expected to unveil three new fully redesigned smartphones, as there was not much difference between the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus and their predecessors. It'll also come in gold, adding to the grey and silver versions from a year ago.

The iPhone XS is expected to be the premium-edition model with an OLED screen in the upcoming range of iPhone 2018.

In 2014 Apple launched its first bigger iPhone, the 6 series by the name of Plus and maybe the company want to erase that connection. This goes against previous rumors that the largest iPhone would carry the "Max" moniker instead of plus, so take that as you will.

While the LCD model will come with a 6.1-inch display, the OLED models are said to come with 5.8 and 6.5-inch displays. The company recently released a cheaper version of the iPad in March for £319, and before that a refreshed second-generation version of iPad Pro in June past year.

Along with this announcement, you will be excited to hear that Apple will launch the largest iPhone ever manufactured beside the current iPhone X' successor with the name of iPhone Xs. "Now Mark Gurman believes that Apple will name the 6.1" 2018 iPhone as the iPhone Xr. Apple's MacBook Pros switched to only USB-C ports in 2016, and though some people like yours truly miss the MagSafe charging connector, the world hasn't ended.

As always, it's possible that these reports could be inaccurate or doctored, but we'll find out for sure on September 12th during Apple's event. Of course, there's always the possibly of a shocking "One more thing", but true shocks are no longer easy for Apple to pull off. That presentation suggests that the new devices will be named iPhone Xs, iPhone XC, and iPhone XS Plus.

The most exciting aspect regarding the next-gen Apple Watch is that it will usher in the most significant redesign to the device since its inception.

Apple is all set to launch its next generation iPhones in a couple of days. A redesigned version would be needed for these new models.

The information was revealed from a few leaked slides which quickly circulated the internet.

A new iPad Pro that features Face ID. Suffice it to say, the next-gen Apple Watch is poised to boost sales even further.
