It seems that Rockstar Games are aware of HDR issues regarding Red Dead Redemption 2 and are working to fix them.

Rockstar Intel highlighted this particular bit of detective work, peeking inside the files of the Red Dead Redemption 2 companion app and spotting several references to a PC version and related settings.

Second biggest launch for three days in retail sell-through across all entertainment releases.

The shares had dropped 6.9 percent a day earlier following a report by MScience, which predicted sales would be "modestly lower" than releases of both "Black Ops IV" and "Grand Theft Auto V".

Forward-looking: Red Dead Redemption 2 is off to an excellent start and in the long-term, could challenge Grand Theft Auto V as Rockstar's biggest moneymaker. Copies of RDR went from anywhere between $60 and $100 (for special editions), but still, it's opening weekend is nothing short of fantastic.

Rockstar Games now gets to claim that impressive record over the likes of movies like AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, which made $640 million around the world in its opening weekend. But "Red Dead Redemption 2" still isn't the highest grossing entertainment launch of all time.

Of course, none of this guarantees that the adventures of the Van der Linde gang will come to the PC. GTA V launched on a Tuesday, and pulled in one billion in three days, so that's why Red Dead 2 was able to take the weekend crown.
