Matt Riddle Again Calls Out Brock Lesnar, Wants to Retire Him

Brock Lesnar showed up at the WWE's Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia and dominated.

The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) was back in Saudi Arabia for the WWECrown Jewel event and Brock Lesnar turned out to be the big victor on the night as he defeated Braun Strowman to claim the WWEUniversal Championship once again. Dave Meltzer talked about this on Sunday's Wrestling Observer Radio. Brock's last date was gonna be Crown Jewel.

Shinsuke Nakamura (C) defeated Rusev - It was a controversial win for the USChampion Shinsuke Nakamura as he took the help of a low blow to beat Rusev in the kick-off match of WWECrown Jewel. If nothing else there is now a chance that Brock Lesnar holds the WWE's most prestigious title when he returns to the UFC. WWE has not announced whether the Raw and Smackdown tag champions will face one another. If WWE wants to keep Lesnar around until WrestleMania then those dates could get in the way of his UFC training.

The confusing aspect was that many expected this to be Lesnar's final appearance inside a WWE ring for some time - as his appearance at UFC 226 in July was a clear sign he was to return to the UFC in early 2019. This is just speculation because nobody knows for sure what the plans are for Lesnar going forward other than he will be facing AJ Styles in a champion vs. champion (non-title) match at Survivor Series.

Thank you Brock for coming back and winning the universal title! Lesnar's current deal is for two dates.
