Trump said that soldiers deployed to stop the illegal immigrants from entering the U.S. would not open fire, but would arrest them if they threw stones at the troops.

Most Democrats on the election ballot are hoping a blue wave of progressive support will help sweep them to power - but not Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, who has built a political brand as a moderate and pragmatist that's allowed him to navigate the state's strong tilt to the right over the last 20 years.

"We are pro-life, we want reasonable immigration, not this insanity at the border, and are pro-religious liberty", she said.

"To see his party jump on board and march in lockstep is what's terrifying", said Hunter, a 65-year-old retired salesperson from Lake Forest, California.

President Donald Trump has been acting like a candidate on the ballot this week, staging daily double-header rallies and blasting out ads for Republicans up for election on Tuesday.

Trump will hold MAGA rallies in Macon, Georgia, and at 23:00 GMT in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Trump was joined on stage by former Indiana University basketball coach Bobby Knight, who led the crowd in a cheer "Go get'em, Donald".

In Clark County including Las Vegas, Democrats had 45 percent of the turnout to Republicans 34 percent.

The widows of the two police officers murdered by the Mexican migrant Bracamontes were invited to Mr Trump's 2017 address to Congress.

"We have seen repeated attempts to divide us with rhetoric created to make us angry and make us fearful", Mr Obama said in Miami.

The video also includes scenes of a migrant caravan that is moving toward the US, but is still hundreds of miles away from the border.

His comments came amid a row over a caravan of an estimated 5,000 to 7,000 people mostly from three Latin American countries, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, who are now at the southern USA border along Mexico with the intention to enter America.

Trump's aggressive travel schedule over the next several days is aimed at boosting GOP Senate candidates as the party tries to expand its 51-49 Senate majority, rather than working to defend embattled Republicans in the House, where the party's control appears in doubt. But while they may be able to take the House, clinching the Senate will be much harder.

"Every time my opponent opens his mouth I am disgusted", Miller said of Ojeda, whom Trump has called "wacky" and "stone cold insane". As for judicial appointments, Republicans, who have prided themselves on appointing two Supreme Court justices in the last two years, will continue to fill any vacancy with conservative judges, if they control the Senate.

TEXAS: Deep in the heart of this traditionally Republican bastion is one of the marquee matchups of the 2018 midterms: the Canadian-born Republican senator and Trump tormentor-turned-ally Ted Cruz versus young upstart Democrat challenger Beto O'Rourke.

But in order to make changes moving forward, Democrats must do more than just take back the House, they must do well in gubernatorial races and in the battle for state legislatures across the country.

Parscale said the new ad would start running nationally Friday night and the campaign had purchased $1.5 million in airtime to run it.

The day after the discovery of the bombs sent to the Clintons and the Obamas, among others, a subdued Trump read a prepared statement at a prescheduled White House ceremony, condemning "acts or threats of political violence" and saying that the nation must unify.

When a random heckler got under Obama's color in Florida this week, it was like his 2008 baiting of the way they cling to guns and religion "to explain their frustrations".

There were some who supported Trump in sharing the ad, however.

All 435 seats in the House of Representatives are up for grabs in the midterms, as well as 35 seats in the Senate, and 39 governorships. This district has been represented by incumbent Rep. Leonard Lance, a Republican, since 2008. It declares that the 2018 elections are really about the 2016 election, and "a nationwide judgment on whether Trumpism is a historic anomaly or a reflection of modern-day America".

Trump will return to the Hoosier State again on Monday, Nov. 5 in Fort Wayne for another rally.
