Cooper Kupp of Los Angeles Rams out for season with torn ACL

The Rams offense continues to excel and put points on the board while the defense continues to be inconsistent and as of yesterday, terribly undisciplined.

For how long however is another discussion. This week, he fumbled the ball on a strip sack by Rams linebacker Dante Fowler that was recovered at the Seahawks' nine yard line with less than six minutes remaining. With a sweep of the Seahawks, the division is all but decided.

The Rams' Todd Gurley was not able to be contained. On Saturday, his team will follow a plan that they used in September during their short week of preparation for a Thursday night game against Minnesota. With a looming matchup against the previously undefeated Los Angeles Rams up next, the 24-year-old back could be a key to the Seahawks pulling off a road upset.

Seattle gained 273 yards and a touchdown on 34 rush attempts.

"I think our players have done a great job representing why they're special people with their ability to try to use this platform that they do have as a way of putting their arm around some people". The Rams could have won this game 35-14 because their talent is much greater than Seattle's.

Wilson's 23-yard touchdown pass to Lockett with 4:20 left in the third quarter gave the Seahawks their final lead, 21-20.

Talib also praised his replacements in the secondary and had encouraging words for fellow starter Marcus Peters, who criticized himself after last week's loss to New Orleans. Gurley rushed for 120 yards on just 16 carries and the Rams averaged 6.5 yards per carry. Cooks caught ten balls for 100 yards in the win against the Seahawks. With starter Chris Carson inactive with a hip injury, Penny made the most of his opportunity against the Rams. It was Goff's first career game with multiple touchdown passes to tight ends, according to ESPN Stats & Information research.

The record was previously held by the late Pro Football Hall of Fame receiver Elroy Hirsch, who scored touchdowns in 11 consecutive games in the 1950 and 1951 regular seasons. Instead of being sad about another close loss, I am choosing to celebrate a team that is already exceeding expectations.
