Kragthorpe suffers from Parkinson's disease and has a pacemaker, according to ESPN. Faulk was then photographed in an altercation with the man who apparently threw the punch.

With seven overtimes, Texas A&M-LSU tied the record for longest game in FBS history with Arkansas-Ole Miss in 2001, Arkansas-Kentucky in 2003, North Texas-FIU in 2006 and Buffalo-Western Michigan previous year.

"Out of nowhere, I got nailed", Kragthorpe told the Lafayette (La.) Daily Advertiser on Sunday. "I didn't go down, but I clutched over".

The perceived marquee games of Saturday night's late slate were the rivalry games featuring Notre Dame and Clemson trying to finish off ideal seasons against a pair of USCs - Southern California and SC, respectively.

"I just feel bad for those young men", Orgeron said.

Hilary Scheinuk, a photographer for The Advocate of Baton Rouge, captured Faulk scuffling with a man wearing an Aggies shirt and sideline credentials. But he was wearing an A&M shirt, and I think I saw him signaling during the game. It's now unknown whether the man who fought Faulk is an Aggies assistant, a team staffer or simply a fan who found his way onto the field. Fisher told reporters after the game that he was not aware of the scuffle and "had no idea" what happened.

LSU officials were in contact with the SEC office late Saturday night, so further action could be forthcoming.

The Advocate says Cole Fisher is an undergraduate football student manager at Texas A&M.

"I feel OK, but not as good as I was", Kragthorpe said.
