Arsenal cruise past Vorskla Poltava to win Europa League group

The match, which had been in doubt due to security concerns in the Ukraine, was moved from Poltava to Kiev after Ukraine imposed martial law in parts of the country.

However, Vorskla are doing "everything they can" to host the game at their own home ground.

The call to relocate the game was made on Tuesday evening, with Vorskla particularly unhappy with UEFA's decision and official confirmation that the match would take place at all not coming from the governing body until six hours before kick-off.

Unai Emery has chosen a mixture of fringe players and youngsters to face Vorskla in Europa League. We think they can help us but they need the confidence of playing matches, not only working with us in the training sessions. We want and have the responsibility with the young players like Emile but also the others for them to stay, work and show us that they can improve and stay with us.

"It doesn't change a lot for us to play here, only that we had to move to Kiev like the journalists and the Arsenal supporters who travelled". We prefer for them to stay in London working for the next match on Sunday. The young players are going to have chances.

It was fast turning into a miserable night for the hosts - already forced to play more than 200 miles away from their own stadium - and Arsenal looked to be in no mood to let up as Willock and Nketiah both came close in quick succession.

Charlie Gilmour, Zech Medley, Dejan Iliev, Dominic Thompson, Tyreece John-Jules and Bukayo Saka are the other young players who can make their debut this evening.
