Shocking deaths top Google's trending searches in 2018

2018 may not have been the best of years, to put it mildly - but Google's "Year in Search" video is here to bring you a little bit of hope and put a smile on your face.

Politics also dominated the conversation this year, with the most popular "How to" question being "How to register to vote" and both the EighthAmendment and blasphemy making an appearance in the 'What is?' categories. Black Panther was the second most searched film and Bohemian Rhapsody rounded out the top three.
