If you can commit to even one plant-based meal a week, you go in the running to win lifetime tickets, anytime they tour in your region! The victor of the competition will receive free concert tickets to any Beyoncé and/or Jay-Z show for life.

The star said she was going meatless on Mondays and eating plant-based breakfasts, while husband and rap mogul Jay-Z vowed two of his daily meals would be plant-based.

Other options available include having a plant-based diet while at work, all plants all the time or a plant-based diet on weekdays. The interactive website demonstrates the impact of eating plant-based meals on the environment from absorbing harmful emissions, to cleaner water to the conservation of power. The three have promoted the benefits of plant-based diets together for a few years now, and today, Beyoncé announced a new initiative for fans to go vegan.

To enter the contest, all fans have to do is enter their name and email on the site.

For example, "by eating nine plant-based meals I could have the environmental impact equivalent to 14 trees absorbing harmful gases from the air in a month", it says.

Greenprint was launched in conjunction with Beyoncé's trainer, Marco Borges, a wellness guru, author and founder of 22 Days Nutrition.

You don't have to go all the way, just pledging to take a more plant-based approach is enough for Bey and Jay.

The Greenprint project was unveiled on Bey's Instagram account yesterday.

In January, Borges joined us on the mbg podcast to share why he believes an inclusive approach to diet is the future of wellness and how a plant-based diet could change the world. "Click the link in my bio for a chance to win tickets to any JAY and/or my shows for life".
