Although the racist undertones that come into play with the Duchess of Sussex didn't exist in this story - and neither did social media - there was a very real sense of bullying by the press and constant rumors of feuding between Sarah, Duchess of York, and Diana, Princess of Wales.

"She told them both that the whole thing was becoming a nightmare, and that they should try and sort things out", the source said.

George Clooney with wife Amal (41) a guest at the Royal wedding in may 2018, is in the care of his good friend Meghan.

The 54-year-old declared Meghan has "lia-betes" after the mum-to-be asked her father Thomas to stop "victimising" her in a handwritten letter.

In neat handwriting, she accused him of breaking her heart "into a million pieces" by giving interviews to the media, making up stories and attacking Harry.

She also said Thomas never called her to say he wasn't coming to the wedding, and that he "chose to only speak to tabloids" about his decision.

"I can't tell you how frustrating it is to see that".

"Daddy, it is with a heavy heart that I write this, not understanding why you have chosen to take this path, turning a blind eye to the pain you are causing", Meghan began the letter.

Before that, a group of her closest friends chose to speak with People magazine to "stand up against the global bullying we are seeing and speak the truth about our friend".

Meghan has also received a lot of tough press outside her relationship with her father.
