The Lakers Made A Mistake Signing LeBron James

There's been plenty of discussion since the All-Star break about the woes of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics.

Shamet hit a dagger three that capped off the Clippers' 8-0 run to stretch the lead to 13 points, 107-94. Ingram had played in 50 straight games, averaging 18.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in a strong first season alongside James. "I told Shai (Gilgeous-Alexander), look (around) the room, there's seven people. watch at the end of the year (how many more there will be)".

So, if the Lakers are going to do it, they will need some help from other teams. Despite it not being a first nor coming as a surprise to supporters, LeBron James is used to success, so it's going to be a hard pill to swallow that's for sure.

Kuzma suffered the injury in Monday's 113-105 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, apparently rolling his right ankle in the fourth quarter.

"We're not anxious about what the time strain is or what everyone else is saying", James said.

Ball was seen getting some shots up after practice, but they were more of the set shot variety, with limited jumping, in drills conducted by a member of the team's strength staff. Big, big key guys. It's just the way the season has been.

When LeBron James joined the Lakers, it was as if the stars had aligned for a franchise that has needed a necessary resurgence since the days that Kobe Bryant rocked the purple and gold.

There is enough time to improve, but we must remember that the Lakers have six seasons without playoffs. Indeed, the league's third-worst outside shooting team died as it had lived, shooting just 10-for-38 from beyond the arc and drawing scattered boos and chants of "We want Kobe!" from the Staples Center crowd. The former Cleveland man moved to LA this season, with a challenge of uplifting this Lakers team and creating a legacy for himself in one of the most successful National Basketball Association franchises. Rapper Snoop Dogg went on a profanity-laced videotaped tirade, calling for coach Luke Walton's firing and saying those around James were "goofballs".
