That's right, Verizon has the early exclusive on Samsung's Galaxy S10 5G in the U.S., in case you forgot.

Announced in late February, Samsung's first 5G phone is nearly ready to hit store shelves in South Korea where it'll cost either $1,231 or $1,366 depending on your storage needs.

If the latest rumours are to be believed, then Samsung will not just launch one, but two new Galaxy Note 10 smartphones. LG's first 5G phone will launch on April 19th in South Korea, and anyone who purchases it by the end of May will get that second display accessory at no additional cost.

Samsung partners in South Korea have already started taking pre-orders for the 5G smartphone and shipments will begin later this week. On the other side, the 512 GB model will come in Crown Silver and Majestic Black colors only. The SoC is coupled with 8 GB of RAM.The Android 9 Pie OS comes loaded on the Galaxy S10 5G along with One UI interface.

Samsung also reminds consumers that 5G is roughly twenty times faster than 4G, which means a full season of a TV show can be downloaded in just minutes.

ETNews has also declared the Galaxy Note 10 is expected to be Samsung's first smartphone that has no traditional buttons. The back panel of the phone features a horizontal triple camera setup with a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens and a 16-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor. It offers a 10MP dual pixel AF camera at the front for selfies.

"We are proud of the work we've accomplished to bring our the first 5G smartphone to market and look forward to bringing it to everyone around the world in the coming year", said DJ Koh, President and CEO of IT and Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics.

Apart from all the features that are available on other Galaxy S10 series devices, the Galaxy S10 5G packs some unique features.
